What kind of shipping methods do you offer?
Right now, we use the USPS,UPS and FedEx for all orders. Standard shipping typically takes between 5-7 days. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sat-Sun) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you aren’t getting updates tracking number , please contact us and we can provide you with a tracking number.
The satisfactory delivery of your purchase is of the utmost importance to Woodenchairstore. For this reason, we only utilize shipping carriers which provide the highest standards in care, dependability and service. Once your order has been confirmed with Woodenchairstore, you will receive e-mails which will provide you with the status of your order and provide the ability to track your shipment. You will also be able to check the status of your order on Woodenchairstore website when you log on to My Account. If you have any questions during this delivery period, do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.

Our website does not automatically calculate or show the availability of items. To check stock, please feel free to call our customer support or send us an email to email@example.com. In the event that an item is not available at the time the order is placed we will send you an email stating the estimated ship date. Orders in which the items are all in stock are usually shipped within a week. Some exceptions may apply and we will then be in contact with the customer.
Exact delivery times or dates are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that orders are shipped when ALL items on your order are in stock and available for shipment.
We at Woodenchairstore offer a shipping rate & taxes rate:
- 9.99$ if total order < 124.93$ or total order = 124.93$
- 8% total order if total order > 124.93$
Taxes rate: 8% of total orders
Some of the items may require assembly – We currently do not provide assembly service.
Once the merchandise is picked up by the carrier, you will be notified of the shipment by an e-mail from our customer service department. The e-mail will contain a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website which will enable you to track the status of your shipment.
